How Do I Start

Class Schedule

Classes have set start times in the mornings so people can get in, get out and get their day going. However, our evening classes are different; when you arrive, we'll group you with other members who roll in at about the same time and a coach will be there to challenge you and keep you safe as you go through the workout.

 

Monday / Wednesday / Friday
5:30am - 6:30am
6:30am - 7:30 am
4:00pm - 7:00pm

The morning classes have specific start times. The afternoon classes do not have set start times; it's easy to get caught at work or in traffic and miss the start time for a class--so we do it a little different and leave no room for excuses!  The gym opens at 4pm and closes up when everyone is finished, which is usually around 7:30 pm. You may arrive any time between 4:00 and 6:30 pm.

 

Tuesday / Thursday
4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

If you missed the monday/wednesday workout here is your chance to drop in and make it up. If you already worked out with us on monday/wednesday but want a little more... we suggest coming to the FIt Pit and taking advantage of the trail for an easy run or working on your lift form, your pull ups, etc. We encourage newer members to come during this time slot for a little more focused attention on the various movements.

 

Saturday
8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m.
9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Weekend classes have specific start times and the workout is the same for all three time slots.

9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
